摘要內容：
In the post-genomic era, many genomic and transcriptional data have been produced rapidly. To understand the regulatory machanism, it is important to find key transcription factors (TFs) that regulate a set of co-expressed (or tissue-specific) genes. In this study, we have surveyed methods for selecting tissue-specific genes, and thus found key TFs for given tissues using some mathematical approaches.
