In this talk, I would like to discuss some questions related to quantitative uniqueness estimates for real solutions of the Schrodinger equation with a real bounded potential. This is a problem raised E.M. Landis dated back to 60's. I will report some recent results and related topics. The talk is based on joint works with C Kenig and L. Silvestre.
