摘要內容：
Abstract. The fundamental task of group testing is to identify a small distinguished subset of items from a large population while efficiently reducing the number of tests. In this talk, we shall first introduce the basic idea of group testing and then explain how to apply this idea on various research topics such as DNA sequencing, compressed sensing and network security.
