  In this talk, we will discuss the classical Chung-Feller theorem, the function of Chung-Feller type, incomplete Chung-Feller phenomena and Cycle lemma. We find there are incomplete Chung-Feller phenomena for (n,m)-lattice path. Then we turn to rooted (n,m)-lattice paths. and give a generalization of cycle lemma. As applications of our generalizations, many new Chung-Feller theorems are derived.
