I. Since the epidemic (COVID-19) remains a severe threat to the world especially in autumn and winter, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that masks must be worn when engaging in activities in the following eight places/occasions: health care institutions, public transportation, shopping centers/markets, exhibition/contest venues, educational/learning venues, religious venues, entertainment venues and large-scale events. Those who do not comply shall be fined from NT$3,000 to NT$15,000.
II. All faculty, staff and students are requested to follow the guidelines of "Epidemic-prevention New Life Movement" and the " Points to Notice for Epidemic Prevention" instructed by the Ministry of Education for 2020 Academic Year: 1. Body temperature monitoring in busy locations and implementation of roll call for classes; 2. Maintaining social distance or wearing masks; 3. Acceptable ID required for large-scale gatherings/events; 4. Classroom ventilation and regular disinfection; 5. Continue implementing self-health management; and 6. Visit the doctor by epidemic-prevention taxi or ambulance if suspected symptoms occur, and avoid going out or going to class/work so as to protect yourself and others.
III. Masks must be worn at all times in the school libraries and study centers. Rules should also be followed in other sports and daily-life facilities (including restaurants) in accordance with the epidemic prevention notices announced in the venues.
